By accessing the Site or placing an order with BalonBoom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

To shop with BalonBoom or use our Site, you must meet the following conditions:

Third-Party Suppliers: BalonBoom is a dropshipping store. Product availability can change without notice due to reliance on third-party suppliers. We do not guarantee that an item will be in stock at the time of your order.

Product Variations: Actual product colors, sizes, and specifications may differ slightly from the images or descriptions on the Site due to manufacturing variations or supplier updates.

Quantity Limits & Stock: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product in any order or to refuse an order if a product is unavailable. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we may cancel your order for that item and issue a refund.

Separate Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers and could arrive at different times.

4. Payment & Pricing

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe (all major credit and debit cards), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments must be made through our Site’s secure checkout.

Timing of Charge: You will be charged at the time you place your order. If the payment is not successfully processed, we will not fulfill the order.

Pricing and Currency: All prices on our Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise stated. Any sales tax, VAT, or other charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Pricing Errors: We strive to ensure accurate pricing. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typo, error, or technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been processed in such cases, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.

5. Order Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. (In that case, you may need to wait until you receive the item and then initiate a return as per our Returns & Refunds policy.)

Our Right to Cancel: BalonBoom reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product details, suspicion of fraud, or payment issues. If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). This is the time we need to verify your order and arrange shipment with our suppliers.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the product’s supplier location and the destination address. Estimated delivery for U.S. orders is usually between 7 and 20 business days after processing. Please note that these are estimates and some orders may arrive sooner or later. We will provide tracking information by email once your order ships, whenever available.

Shipping Costs: All available shipping options and their costs will be displayed at checkout. You will be able to review and choose your preferred shipping method (if options are available) before confirming your order.

Delays: BalonBoom is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to delays by third-party suppliers or manufacturers, customs clearance (if applicable), natural disasters, or courier logistical issues. While we will help communicate with the shipping carrier or supplier in case of significant delays, these circumstances do not entitle the customer to compensation beyond what is covered in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Partial Shipments: If you ordered multiple items, they might ship from different warehouses. As a result, items could arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Each shipment will have its own tracking number (if available).

No International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship outside the USA. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States will be canceled and refunded.

7. Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any problems with your order or are not completely satisfied with a product, please read our Returns & Refunds policy below:

Return Window: You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days from the date you received your item, we cannot guarantee that a return or refund request will be honored.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging with all tags, parts, and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery). Please provide details of the issue and, if requested, photos as evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or issue you a full refund at no additional cost to you. You may not be required to return the defective or wrong item in some cases, but please follow the instructions we provide.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us via email at our support address (see the Contact Us section below) with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Do not send any products back before receiving return authorization, as the return address may differ depending on the product or supplier.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping cost, as appropriate.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if a return is required), we will process your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. If you haven’t received an expected refund within 10 business days after we confirmed the refund, please contact us and your payment provider.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or a different product, please follow the return process for the original item and then place a new order for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons (for example, if we were to offer perishable goods, intimate items, or personal safety gear that cannot be resold). We will clearly indicate on the product page if an item is final sale or non-returnable.

Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (such as loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, etc.), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability: In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to any product or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
